Email and Phone Credits

Email and Phone credits for revealing candidate contact information.

With RecruitBot's Premium subscription, you're able to surface BOTH candidate emails and phone numbers using credits. We provide you with credits for both revealing/emailing candidates and for showing their phone numbers (see the pricing and features page at https://recruitbot.com/pricing/ for specific details).

Each time you send an email to a candidate, OR reveal their emails in the 'More Actions' widget, that costs 1 credit.

Each time you reveal candidate phone numbers, that also costs 1 credit.

If a candidate does NOT have an email or phone number when you're revealing, that does NOT cost you a credit.

To find how many credits are remaining, you can use this link (when logged in), or go to your Settings->Company page to view your remaining credits.

Credits refresh at the beginning of every month (but they don't rollover, like cellphone plans from the 90s).

Each user seat for your account adds 250 email credits, and 100 phone credits.

If you need additional credits, just reach out to sales@recruitbot.com or support@recruitbot.com and we can discuss plans to purchase additional credits.
