While working on your drip email campaigns and deciding how best to reach out to candidates, it's important to remember there are some restrictions on the quantity of emails you can send using RecruitBot.

Because RecruitBot uses YOUR email to send email outreach, we're committed to protecting both the integrity of your email account, as well as those of the prospective candidates. We've crunched the numbers over here, spoken with the teams at Google and Microsoft, and determined that 200 emails a day per user is the safe amount of emails to send per day. Any more, and we risk both a damage to your email sending reputation and being flagged as spam.

As such, we limit you to 200 emails per day, per user in your organization.

For a real-world example, let's say you're with Company ABC. On Day 1, you send out 100 emails to prospective clients, each with a 1-day drip cadence. Then, on Day 2, you send out another 200 emails to prospective clients, also with a 1-day drip cadence.

Since RecruitBot only allows you to send 200 emails a day, we'll queue up the additional emails over the course of the next few days and send 200 a day. Just keep this in mind if you're sending out large volumes of emails to candidates--they might not all get sent out on the specific day you intend.

Note: Some customers, including our self-service customers, may have lower email sending limits and restrictions. Please reach out to support if you have questions.

Thanks for reading and if you have any questions about emails, the sending limits, or anything else, please reach out to us at support@recruitbot.com or via chat.
