At RecruitBot, we know reaching out to candidates across a variety of mediums can be the fastest and most efficient way to streamline your hiring workflow. That's why we've added phone numbers for candidates to RecruitBot--now, you can surface candidate phone numbers via the new 'More Actions' widget on a profile. Let's take a deeper look and see how this works.

"More Action" widget

As you can see below, the 'More Actions' widget on a candidate profile now encompasses a variety of actions; Adding to a single or multiple projects, revealing candidate phone numbers, adding/reviewing notes, sharing links to candidate profiles or downloading resumes as a PDF.

Let's review each new or updated action in detail.

Add to Position/Project

With the add to position/project section, you can add/move a candidate to either a single or multiple positions/projects, rate them for the changed position/project, and set their status. This is a great feature for when a candidate is a better fit for another position/project--just move them, set their rating and choose their qualification/short-list status!

Reveal Email

With our latest UI improvements, we've added the ability to reveal or show a candidates email(s) without reaching out. All Premium subscribers are allocated a specific number of email 'credits' a month. These can be used to either reveal emails or send outreach--1 per reveal/outreach (see the pricing and features page at https://recruitbot.com/pricing/ for specific details on email and phone credits).

Just click the 'Reveal Emails' button to show any available emails, then copy the ones you'd like. Don't forget, a green checkmark means the emails are 'validated and verified' as being good.

Reveal Phone Number

We know this is what you're here for--phone numbers! Clicking the 'Reveal Phone' button will quickly look up any phone numbers we have for the candidate, including any mobile phones, work or home numbers, fax numbers (seriously, who uses a fax these days) or 'others' (undetermined), and organized by category. Then, you can copy the phone number using the handy 'Copy' button and reach out via your normal contact routine.

Before revealing the candidate phone number:

After clicking 'Reveal Phones' to show any associated candidate phone numbers:

Note there IS a limit to the number of phone numbers you can look up per user, per month. Currently the limit is 100 candidate phone numbers 'revealed' or shown per month per user--if you need more phone credits or have questions, just reach out to us at sales@recruitbot.com or support@recruitbot.com.

Add or Review Notes

From here, you can add and edit notes you or your colleagues have left on candidate profiles. Whether it's a quick note about a great candidate to another co-worker, or a reminder note you've left yourself, notes are a handy way to keep up on your sourcing workflow. To notify or 'tag' another co-worker, just use the @ symbol, followed by part of their name when adding the note---RecruitBot will automatically show you your co-workers name and tagging them will notify them via email!

To start adding a note, just choose the 'Add or Review Notes' option:

Then, start typing your note. To tag a co-worker, remember to use the @ symbol.

Share Candidate

Nothing complicated about this--just choose the 'Share Candidate' option and you'll copy a shareable URL link into your clipboard. Then just paste the URL and anyone you send it to can view that candidate in RecruitBot (they'll still need to log in to their own account).

Download Resume

If you want to get a copy of the candidate's full resume/profile to send via email, or maybe to upload into your ATS, just choose the download resume option. You'll get a downloadable PDF version of the candidate profile saved to your computer.

We hope you love the new widget in addition to candidate phone numbers! Good luck sourcing!
