If you're looking for a single place to manage your RecruitBot users and get an overview of their use/analytics, head to the Teams section.

Overview

Then, choose between either "Manage" or "Analytics" from the top. Manage will allow you to add, edit, remove or reassign users in your RecruitBot account. Analytics lets you get an overview of each user and their performance, including doing a deep dive into each user and their analytics for each project/position.

Let's take a closer look at managing users and team analytics.

Manage Users

To get started managing your RecruitBot users, click the "Manage" button. From here you've got multiple options.

Search Users

You can search your RecruitBot users by name or email.

User View

You can see your currently active users, viewing their information by name, email/username, linked email (if they've linked their email), their current role, any tags associated, their status, if they are an administrator or not, or you can archive them (if you're an admin user yourself).

Number of Seats/Licenses Remaining

In the upper right, you can see how many seats/licenses you have remaining. Chat with Sales or Support to add more!

Filter Current User View

You can filter down your current user view by tags, status, etc.

User Analytics

Interested in learning more about how your RecruitBot users are performing? After clicking Analytics at the top, let's explore the metrics you have available to view.

Initially, you'll see an overview of each user, with categories for Qualified, Reached Out, Opened, Responded, Interested, Interviewing and Hired (the last three categories are optional if you're using our CRM functionality). You can also filter this view by a variety of criteria, including date range, user status or tags (if you've tagged the user on the teams page). Additionally, you can export the entire analytics overview to a CSV file.

Want to see more detailed stats on a specific user? Click on their name in the left side panel to view analytics for each project/position they've been involved with.

To return to the main analytics, just click "Everyone" at the top.
