Search Overview and Market Data
After you've run a search in RecruitBot, you might notice a button at the top of the search panel:
This is the search overview button. Click on it, and you'll open up a new side panel showing a wealth of additional data about all the candidates in your search. You can also expand the panel to view additional fields, or export the data into a CSV.
You can use this information to refine your search based on specific job titles, skills, locations or companies. Or, collaborate with your teammates and staff to explore or deep dive into market intelligence. Got a hiring manager who wants an overview of your candidate market--show off your candidate search and explore market data. Or, maybe you have a client and you'd like to show them a visualization of their candidate data--there's lot of uses for RecruitBot's updated market data!
Adding or Removing Categories & Customizing Your Report
Near the top of each section/category, you can click the "Remove" option to remove the chart from the market data overview, then select a new/different category from the options at the bottom to add/customize categories to your needs.
Additional category options for search overview include job titles, companies, DEI, years of experience, years in current position, industries and more!
Exporting as a PDF
