Hi there, welcome to RecruitBot. Today we’re going to show you how to reach out to candidates on behalf of your teammates. This is a simple and easy way for recruiters to help ease the load on hiring managers, while also driving much higher engagement rates with relevant candidates.

When you’re ready to reach out, you’ll see a list of reach out campaigns that you or your team have created. Select the one you want to send out to this batch of candidates.

Give everything in the campaign a once-over, and then when you’re satisfied, click on the down arrow to the right of your email address at the top to choose the sender of this message.

RecruitBot allows you to send emails to candidates on behalf of anyone on your team. There are a number of reasons you might want to do this. It’s a great way for recruiters to support hiring managers with minimal effort. Plus, hiring managers generally have better engagement rates than recruiters, so this allows the recruiters to leverage that fact.

Now that you see the list of email addresses for every RecruitBot user in your company, select which email address you want to actually reach out to this candidate.

In this case, we’re looking to hire a Midmarket Account Executive, so I’ll be reaching out on behalf of RecruitBot’s Head of Sales, Stephen Farrell. I select his name, we get a very prominent yellow banner to alert us of the fact that we’re leveraging the inbox of somebody else on the team, and the last thing I have to do is click Send.

And that’s it. Happy Recruiting!
