Hi there, welcome to RecruitBot. This is a quick video to show you how RecruitBot allows you to leverage the inbox of your teammates in order to continue conversations with candidates that have responded to your previous outreach.

This is another great opportunity for recruiters and hiring managers to work together. In this case specifically, it’s a great way for recruiters to take the load off busy hiring managers, so that they can schedule time for further phone screens, ask additional followups, and so on.

To do that, just click on the Outreach button in the navbar, navigate to the appropriate position, and then click on the Responded tab.

Make sure to select the appropriate email address, click on the “Respond button, and then follow up as you like.

The amazing thing about this feature is that all the correspondence ends up in both places: it’ll be in your colleague’s sent folder, but it it also ends up here in RecruitBot as well. That means that anyone on your team can go ahead and follow up with candidates.

And that’s about it. Reaching out on behalf of others is a great way to distribute the recruiting load across the entire team, helping ease the burden of recruiting on busy hiring managers, and improving engagement rates to relevant candidates.
