Invite your colleagues to join RecruitBot for better communication and collaboration.

Ensure you are logged in to the RecruitBot app.

Click here to access the Users section of Company Settings.
Otherwise, the path to this page is as follows:

- Select your email address from the upper right corner.
- Select Company Settings from the dropdown menu.
- On the Company Settings page, select Users from the left menu.

Click the blue “Add User to Company” button in the upper right.

Input the email address of whom you’d like to invite into the popup window.
To invite multiple users at once, first ensure you’d like this group of users to have the same level of access (see Step 5) then input their email addresses, including a comma between each email address.

Select an access level for the invitee.
- Admin: Complete access, full license permissions
- Recruiter: Most permissions; recommended for hiring managers
- Recruiter No Invite
- Basic

Click the Invite button and you’re all set, invitations sent!
